1. What we collect
Account details you give us: email, password (stored only as a secure hash), name, date of birth and country, farm name and avatar. Game data: your farm save, horses, show entries, purchases and ledger. Content you post: forum posts, bug reports and appeals. Technical data: basic device and usage logs needed to run the game securely.
2. Why we use it
To run your account and save your farm; to check your age; to process payments (handled by our payment provider, which receives your card details directly — we never see them); to run competitions and rankings; to keep the community safe, including automated and AI moderation; to answer appeals and support requests; and to improve the game.
3. AI processing
Forum posts, bug reports and helper questions are sent to an AI service to check them against the rules or answer you. We send only the text needed. Chats with the in-game helper are not saved.
4. What other players see
Your farm name, avatar, published posts, horses you show and ranking results. Your email, date of birth, real name and country are never shown to other players.
5. Records we keep
We keep a record of when you accepted these documents and which versions, and records of any suspension, its review and any appeal, so decisions can be checked and corrected.
6. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that host the game, process payments or provide AI moderation, under agreements to protect it, or when the law requires. We do not sell your data.
7. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, then as needed for legal, payment and safety records. You can ask us to delete your account.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to some uses. Contact us through the game's account page to make a request. Players under 18 should involve a parent or guardian.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we update the version date and ask you to accept it again.
